三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程主要以資通安全管理法為核心，從國家資通安全情勢說明資安管理法及子法之架構及實作，並說明資安治理架構及成熟度評估模式，使同學了解我國資安法律架構，並經由報告研析跨域資安及國際資安發展情勢，以提昇整體資安意識及協同合作模式。
This course will focus on the Cyber Security Management Act, introducing status of national cyber security, governance framework of cyber security, and the evaluation model.

經由國家資通安全情勢，了解我國資通安全法律架構及推動框架。
經由案例分享，了解實務情境。
同學選定主題研究，以跨域資安研析及資安法評析或比較進行報告。
視需要邀請領域專家進行演講及經驗分享。
