三、教學目標 Objectives
「數位匯流」（digital convergence）是指因數位科技的進步，造成傳統上不同資訊的網路（例如電信、廣播電視及網 際網路），得以同時提供相同服務的現象，進而對於既有的管制法規產生相當程度之影響。而數位匯流之持續發展，亦促使跨領域、多角化經營之數位服務不斷創新，搭配大數據相關技術與分析量能之大幅提升，對於既有市場競爭之概念、現況發展與市場爭公平性產生相當的衝擊。期望透過本課程之設計，得以協助修習同學由數位匯流基礎環境及概念為引子，逐步接觸與了解基於數位匯流持續發展衍生而來之相關議題。
"Digital convergence" is a situation in which traditionally different information networks can provide the same services due to the advancement of digital technology and the Internet. The continuous development of "digital convergence" also promotes continuous innovation in cross-field and diversified business services. In addition, the improvement in the capacity of big data technology, along with the evolution of digital convergence, also brings about changes in competition in digital markets. There are many issues coming out and this class would like to help participants to get in touch wi5h related discussions.

●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程將嘗試先透過架構是概念的建構為基礎，使同學先行了解與數位匯流相關之基礎法制架構及衍生之法制關聯，其後進入領域議題之討論，有老師引導同學了解相關議題重點與發展，同學於課堂互動與討論。
