三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程目標是教導學生習得關於商標法的重要概念、法理、原則，包含商標法的性質、商標類型、識別性、商標內容、註冊撤銷、侵權訴訟的抗辯和救濟。
This course is to help students to learn the most important aspects of trademark law, such as the nature of trademark law, types of marks, distinctiveness, the content of marks, cancellation of registration, defenses to an infringement action and remedies
