三、教學目標 Objectives
為了順利解決「不當勞動行為」之勞資爭議，在2011年5月1日所實施之包括工會法、團體協約法及勞資爭議處理法的「勞動三法」中新增了相關的禁止規定及救濟制度。在不當勞動行為救濟制度迄今已逾十年的現在，透過檢討相關的裁決決定與判決，當可使修課同學對該制度有一定的了解，進而認識集體勞動法。
In order to solve the dispute on unfair labor practice, the new Labor Laws III which was include Labor Union Act, Collective Agreement Act and Act for Settlement of Labor-Management Disputes and established on May, 1st, 2011 had added prohibitions and relief system. Now the relief system of unfair labor practice has enforced over ten years.By discussion decisions on the unfair labor practice cases, students could learn the system and comprehend the collective labor law.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
本課程之進行分為前後階段。前半段由授課教師介紹不當勞動行為制度之禁止規定及救濟程序，以期修課同學能對於不當勞動行為制度有一粗淺之認識；後半段則由修課同學就授課教師已選出之不當勞動行為案例進行評釋。每週課程的進行方式為先由授課教師或報告同學進行報告，後半段則由其他同學進行發問與討論，希望藉此激盪出師生彼此對於勞動法的認識與了解。

出席 40%本課程極為重視同學的出席與參與，除了出席之外，每週的討論亦占相當之成績。
報告 40%分配到該週報告之同學，請於前一週寄送報告電子檔給授課教師及其他修課同學，並請其他同學事先預習。
  20%請修課同學依自己口頭報告時，依授課教師或其他同學的提問與建議，作成10000字以上之書面報告，並於學期結束後一週內寄送給授課教師。
