三、教學目標 Objectives
藉由研讀指定教材引導學生進入英美法學領域：認識英美法體系架構、熟悉基本法律原理原則與術語、及學習撰寫英文案例摘要。
Through course materials, this course is designed to help students understand the basic structure of Anglo-American legal system, be familiar with the basic legal principles and terminologies, and learn how to write case brief.
