三、教學目標 Objectives
專利權係衡量國家競爭力之重要指標，如何管理及運用專利權以保障權利人之研發成果，對於創作人至關重要，而營業秘密亦係保護核心商業及技術資訊之關鍵利器，本學期之智慧財產權法課程主要係介紹我國專利法及營業秘密法之法制及實務運作情形，期使選修學員深入瞭解相關議題之法制面及實務問題。　
Patent right is one of the key factors to measure the international competitiveness of a country or business. Therefore, apply and employ patent right to protect and promote inventions become an important issue to inventors. Besides, trade secret law is another tool to protect technical and business information for business or inventors. This course will introduce Taiwan patent and trade secret legal system and cases to students. The main objective of this course is to enhance students' knowledge about patent law, trade secret law and related issues.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
1.專利要件、申請、審查、舉發、行政救濟、司法救濟與訴訟案例分析。
2.營業秘密法與訴訟案例分析。
3.本學期擬採集中授課，故上課日期為2/26,3/5,3/12,3/19/,3/26,5/7,5/14,5/21,法庭觀察則請自行擇一週前往智慧財產法院旁聘案件。
