三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程討論現代責任保險之法律與實務議題，包括責任保險的起源與發展、責任保險人的抗辯、和解與補償義務、責任關係人之利益衝突等，使學生對責任保險的制度與爭議有違入認識。
This is a seminar course focusing on the introduction and discussion of law and concept of the liability insurance. The main topics covered in this course include: the origin and development of modern liability insurance, the duty to defend, settle and indemnity, the conflict of interests between the related parties and the related issues.
