第二部分：同學將依據教材選輯案例進行分組報告及討論內容

三、教學目標 Objectives

Through power-point presentation and case assignment, understand the basic concepts of the law of contracts in Anglo-American legal system, learn the legal analysis process from court reasoning, and distinguish the differences from certain civil law concepts to enhance capabilities in personal career planning. The cases selected will try to be technology-law oriented. Students will be assigned to present, discuss, and analyze the sample contracts related to their profession.

四、課程內容 Course Description

●整體敘述 Overall Description
依課堂通告進度預習、報告並參與討論。
第一部分：開學後先由授課教師進行英美契約法觀念介紹【請同學先行就教師教學網頁提供之資料進行研讀】，並將視進度請同學報告預習案例重點摘要。
第二部分：同學就選輯案例進行專題討論分析報告及討論內容。以兩人一組為原則。每次上課必須就報告之案例、相關問題發展及其他應注意合約審議事項作報告，並由同學相互討論契約及實務個別條款及分析。各分組報告結束後兩週內，繳交報告之總結分析做為期末成績計算依據。
