三、教學目標 Objectives
希望透過系統性的介紹，讓同學可以在一學年中對於龐雜的行政法體系有基本的了解。並希望藉此對總論的認識，有助於同學對於行政法各論的進一步研究，能奠定一定的基礎。並在這基本的架構介紹下，帶進一定的比較法概念，以讓學生能更清楚掌握我國在繼受法下的本土行政法。
Administrative law is the body of law that governs the activities of administrative agencies of government. Government agency action can include rulemaking, adjudication, or the enforcement of a specific regulatory agenda. Administrative law is considered a branch of public law. As a body of law, administrative law deals with the decision-making of administrative units of government.

●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程之內容可分成「行政與行政法」、「行政組織法」、「行政作用法」、「行政救濟法」等四大部分。主要包括行政法的概念與範疇、行政法的法源、基本的原理原則、行政法的主體與客體論、各種行政行為之論述、行政罰法與行政執行法的介紹、以及行政救濟與國家賠償責任的闡述。
