三、教學目標 Objectives
1.啟發學生對物權法的興趣
2.使學生具備物權法專業知識
3.培養具有清晰邏輯與法律倫理的法律人
This course provided the basic knowledge of Civil Law - Property for the students.
The purpose of this course is to Introduce general theory and basic principles of property .
Also it will guide the students to survey the current problem of society. It will introduce the differences and interrelations between theoretical and juridical practice.
We also emphasize on motivating students' analysis ability to help them familiarize with the some important general ideas and notions as law, such as rights and duties, the nature of legal concept and legal method.
Both paper and test will be included in this class.
We have two classes every week. Classroom discussion will be necessary.
