三、教學目標 Objectives
透過民法債編體系之表列，解說相關民法概念，使學習者能夠掌握法律概念，並以相關實例題之研析，思考如何將相關之民法概念應用於案例，使學習者能夠將所學之民法概念加以理解及應用，培養出思考方法及能力。希冀培養學習者具有正確法律概念之法律思維與解決爭議相關能力。
Through the civil law and the list of system, explain the concept of the relevant civil law, so that learners can grasp the concept of law and related instance of questions, thinking about how to apply civil law in the case, so that learners can understand the civil law and develop a way of thinking and ability. Hope to cultivate the learners have correct legal concept and ability to resolve disputes.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程將以相關債編總論之體系表解說相關法律之體系架構，輔以相關法律概念之說明，並於解說完相關體系表後，擇數實例加以研析，於課堂中經由案例解說，藉由學說與實務相關見解，闡述相關法律概念，展開相關法律概念，促使同學經由理解相關概念並潛移默化成自己之記憶，使學習者能培養出法律思維及解決爭議問題之能力。
