三、教學目標 Objectives
1.對信託法一般理論(含本國法與相關外國法制)與實際運用之了解。
2.理論與實務並重。
1.To know the origin of Trust System、basic principles and comparing with other countries' Trust Law.
2.To realize Trust Law how to using in the society and the way in solving relative questions.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
依據信託法法規、實務爭議、學說理論綜合之單元進行授課。並同時進行同學之報告。
以本人參與之法務部信託法修正內容與爭點進行補充。
依據學生學習成效、實務爭議與法規調整之內容，適時調整進度，並不定時邀請單元領域專家演講或安排參訪（11-18週）。
