三、教學目標 Objectives
在商業高度發展的現代社會裏，對商事法知識及學養之要求，日益受到各界重視，其中之商業組織－公司，更是在商業生活中扮演重要之角色，而規範公司組織及運作之基本法律規範即為公司法，因此期藉由本課程，使學生對我國公司之規範、學理及實務運作能有深入了解。
This course introduces the general principles of commercial law and the company law. Students who study this course will acquire the legal knowledge below: 1.Understanding the concepts and purpose of the Company Act. 2.Learning the regulations about corporate governance 3.Knowing general principles of commercial law, such as the law of bills and the insurance law
