三、教學目標 Objectives
中華民國憲法乙課之下學期教學目標，主要是使同學理解我國憲法以及比較法上之司法權與基本權利保障概念，其中將特別側重於司法組織、司法獨立、法官意義、司法違憲審查制度、平等權、言論自由、宗教自由以及正當法律程序等概念之介紹，期望同學對司法權與基本權利保障之內涵，有一基本理解。

6. 宗教自由
7. 人身自由(正當法律程序)
8. 平等權
