三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程目的在於使修習者瞭解購併理論與實務，認識攸關購併過程中的相關要素，並提供購併分析架構與購併管理技巧，使得修習者未來成為經理人在面對全球化與動態化的金融環境下，能夠做出最佳的購併管理決策。
教學目標如下:
1.瞭解購併相關理論與購併實務
2.認識購併可行性分析中的攸關要素，如法律、會計、交易結構等實務
3.應用購併分析架構與購併管理技巧
4.以分析工具評估購併管理的績效
This course will focus on three contents: (1) Understanding the theoretical and practical concepts of M&A activities, and the related factors of M&A process, such as laws, strategy and deal structure. (2) Analyzing the cases and techniques for successful International M&A management, and (3) Evaluating the performance of International M&A management. Through the introduction of International business environment and mergers and acquisitions management, this subject will also enable students to analyze business environments, and think critically so as to provide defendable propositions with analysis to issues raised in class. This subject contributes to three of the MBA program learning outcomes.
