三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程介紹本系研究生未來研究所需之財務數學基礎與統計資料分析方法。本課程強調透過Python 開放程式語言撰寫及其大量的套裝軟體進行實際資料的蒐集、分析與實作。
This course introduces students the basic mathematical finance and statistical analysis methods for future academic research and practical applications. We emphasize the use of Python open source programming language and its rich packages to collect real data, do analysis and implementations in practice.

Python package: statsmodels, scipy.stats
Statistical modeling, e.g., regression, logistic regression model
Simulation of financial models
Basic derivatives valuation
