三、教學目標 Objectives
引介一套最基本與最重要的經營理念與管理技巧，以增進學生之管理能力，並從而提昇其經營績效。
This course introduces main functions of business, including manufacture, marketing, finance, and human resource. Not only helping students to understand individual functions of business, this course aims to provide a global architecture of contemporary business and to help students to know the interdependence among functions, current trends and challenges for business today.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程由鄧東濱老師、王祿誾老師、賴杉桂老師共同授課，三位老師上課日期暫訂如下： 鄧東濱老師上課日期（週六上午）：2/12、2/19、3/05、3/12、3/19、3/26、4/23，週六上午（09：00-12：00） 王祿誾老師上課日期（週三晚上）：4/13、4/20、4/27、5/04，週三晚上（19：00-22：00） 賴杉桂老師上課日期（週三晚上）：5/18、5/25、6/01、6/08，週三晚上（19：00-22：00） 若臨時調整上課日期，依授課教師課堂公布為準。 本課程理念： 理念塑造：經營理念之塑造與落實 自我管理：1.時間管理、2.授權技巧、3.溝通技巧、4.怎麼開好會議 縱向管理：1.有效領導:員工問題之診斷與處理、2.有效跟隨:輔佐上司之道 橫向管理：1.衝突管理、2.商務談判之策略與技巧 授課方式：講解、實例演練、量表測驗、個案分析、分組討論、綜合討論
