三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程主要使參與者對證券機構、證券市場交易制度、證券市場商品有全面性的理解，並進一步對證券市場監理制度的實施與發展有所認識。 課程主要內容涵蓋發行與交易市場機制與運作、市場監理及國際化發展，以利非商科學生對證券市場有全面性的瞭解，未來在運用法律條文時有更務實且符合立法意旨之見解。
The aim of this course is to help participants to completely figure out the mechanism and instruments of securities market, furthermore to gain correct knowledge about the development and implementation of supervisions.. The main contents included the issue and trading market mechanism and operation, market supervision and international development, and the participants with a non-commercial background have a comprehensive understanding of the securities market. In the future, implemented the regulations will be more pragmatic and in line with the legislative intent.
