三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程旨在介紹實用的會計資訊與企業風險管理實務，經驗證明了企業風險管理在當前的重要性，企業業務改善需要包含改善財務和經營業績、减低虧損、提升競爭優勢。內容包括企業相關交易、企業之內部控制與稽核、ERM之分析與設計、產業/公司別之個案分析等，期使同學未來能善用會計資訊的觀念和程序，以協助管理決策和提升競爭力。
This course aims to introduce accounting information and enterprise risk management on practices. ERM has proved the current importance of thery and experience. To improve business operations it includes the needs of improving financial and operating performance, reducing losses and enhancing competitive advantages. The topics include business transactions, internal control and auditing, analysis and design of ERM and cases studies of companies, etc. in that to enable students to make good use of the concepts and procedures of accounting information in the future so as to assist in decision-making and promotion of competition force.
