三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程的目的在教導研習者國際直接投資的理論、實務、現況、其面臨的風險與風險管
理的方法，使學生能因應台灣現在及未來海外直接投資的趨勢和需求，具備風險管理
的技能。其內容包括：國際直接投資理論、東亞地區海外直接投資、半導體業的海外直
接投資、台灣企業的海外直接投資，風險評估與定位、匯率風險管理、政治風險管理、
危機處理、投資時點之選擇等。
This course presents and assesses foreign direct investment (FDI) in the world economy, and examines the political, economic, cultural, and legal dimensions of both inward and outward bound FDI. The topics will include: the trends and sources of FDI; forces and factors driving FDI; theories of FDI; and the knowledge spill-over and innovation. The risks arises from political, legal, economic, financial environment and how to manage those risks are also addressed.
