三、教學目標 Objectives
使「國際品質保證標準規範(ISO-9000)與服務業品管(service industry quality management)」課程達到下列教學目標:

1. 介紹國際品質保證標準規範與台灣地區有關服務業品質設計、稽核、追蹤分析與管理收相關方法與新趨勢，使學員/生能對品保系統運作(SIP)與規範有所了解。

2. 就企業品管系統(QMS)之各項籌備、企劃及注意事項介紹，符合學習者未來工作的實際需求。

3. 尤以高科技(Technology Assessment and Quality )、服務業(High-end Service Industry) 與醫療生技產業(Medical and care, and Bio-tech)為主要探討個案。
This course is the fundamental quality management system international standards with a focus on service industry and high technology areas in the global environment.

The goal is to apply accounting for quality and auditing on quality system compliance. It is a evidence-based real life case study as well as the latest quality theory.

We started with the ISO-9000 standards, then cases study on how empirical cases applying quality models in the competitive world today.

三、 課程實施方式
1. 教師口授、錄影片與電腦簡報互動式教學。
1. 實證個案研討。視教學需要由教師提出個案供學生研討。
2. 分組實施個案訪問及報告，每組2-5人，撰寫個案書面報告並且口頭報告。
3. 課程評分方式:
期中考(方法論等基本知識)30%、期末課堂報告30%、
平時成績(課堂參與、學習態度及精神)20%、個案研討內容及作業20%
