三、教學目標 Objectives
介紹新的金融工具之發展，包括電子商務與行動金融，影子銀行等，及其與會計之間的關聯性。有鑑於金融發展快速，職場上更需具備邏輯思考分析能力，本課程將採部分翻轉教學方式，學生需事先預期，課堂進行將以討論為主。近年來新的互聯網金融快速發展，中國的各類金融實驗更是獨步全球，本課程也將加以介紹與討論。
This course will introduce the IFRS, risk and priving about traditional ind derivative financial instruments. Besides, since new financial innovations like internet finance and Fintec is developing fast, these new developments will be discussed as well.
