| 出席 | | 20% | 4 recorded absences without approved certificates will lead to students failing the course | | 期中考 | 1 | 30% | | | 學期考 | 1 | 30% | | | 課堂討論 | 10 | 20% | students are highly encouraged to be pro-active in class and actively participate in group discussions. Initiative is the key. to increase your grade, you can try the following : speak English at all times, ask questions, prepare before class and try not to be late for class. students wil receive 50% of their attendance grade as their base mark for this grading item. each time they take initiative by asking/ answering questions, volunteering, expressing opinions...ect, they will add 1 point ( 10%) towards their final grade for this grading item |
