三、教學目標 Objectives
金融自由化及全球化之發展，不僅打破商業銀行及投資銀行的界限，亦導致金融機構市場競爭日趨激烈。特別是在美國金融業現代化法案通過實施以來，以銀行為主體之金融控股公司紛紛成立，而市場上的金融商品也不斷推陳出新，日益複雜。金融市場是資金流通的市場，也是各種投資工具交易的市場，因此研析各項投資工具及市場參與者之行為，對於金融市場之發展尤其重要。本課程除了介紹金融市場各項投資工具及市場參與者之行為外，並增強投資報酬及風險意識，以強化金融市場風險管理之基本觀念。
Owing to financial liberalization and globalization, the boundaries between the commercial banking and the investment banking broke down, and competition became globally increasing in nature. Our goal in this course is to try to learn investment tools in the financial markets and analyze returns and risks of them, which is the major theme in risk management for studying in financial markets.
