三、教學目標 Objectives
課程的目的之一是讓學生熟悉做生意的流程; 再來是提高學生在商業領域技能的寫作、聽力和口語的技巧, 通過複習語法的重要組成部分，提升改善與銷售，財務，市場營銷，金融，會計，經濟，證券市場暨債券市場等領域的詞彙和專有術語, 期能趕上現代的商業世界。
One of the objectives of the course is to let students be familiar with the procedures of doing business; the other is to improve students' writing, listening and speaking skills in business field by reviewing those important parts of grammar and by improving the vocabulary and terms related to the areas of sales, finance, marketing, banking, accounting, economic, securities market and bond market to catch up with the modern business world.

Besides Textbook including Part Four and Part Five, it will also cover some select an articles including “Lakshmi Mittal shaped the steel industry in the Region and across the world”, “Apple’s m-cap at $3 trillion less than just 4 nations’ GDP” and “Carnival has its credit rating slashed ”, and so on. Hope these articles will help student to learn more knowledge about the startup entrepreneurship, bond market, credit ratings, business strategies, M&A, LBO and some business bubble cases.
