三、教學目標 Objectives
我們會聚焦關鍵⼈⼒資源管理議題, 以及⼈⼒資源管理與公司策略相配合. 學生透過案例分析和課堂討論, 來了解⼈⼒資源管理. 更重要的是, 學習如何將實際所學應用在工作.

We look at critical human resource issues, best practices and how HR fit into company's overall strategy. Students are encouraged to learn through real or simulated HR cases through class discussion. Students will be able to apply it to solving HRM problems they encounter on the job.

人力資源管理 (有計畫的選材、育才、用才、留才) 是企業最核心的功能，隨著後疫情時代的關鍵趨勢，人力資源管理成為企業轉型及企業競爭中不可或缺的利器。

我們將討論各種人資實務狀況以提出建議，作案例分析及制定相關人資策略，利用人資實務成功/失敗案例，以及有趣的統計圖表來學習實務人資議題。。
