三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程除從法學緒論入門，介紹基礎法學概念外，將依序就洗錢防制法、存款保險條例、金融控股公司法、銀行法、金融消費者保護法及個人資料保護法等，實施教學與討論活動，並將結合時事及相關案例，協助同學對金融相關法規建立廣泛而基礎的認識。
Apart from the introduction of Law, describes the basic concepts of law, but the sequence on Money Laundering Control Act, Deposit Insurance Act, Financial Holding Company Act , the Banking Act of The Republic of China and Financial Consumer Protection Act, the implementation of teaching and discussion activities and combined with current events and related cases, to assist students in financial regulations and establish a broad-based understanding.

●整體敘述 Overall Description
本課程除先從法學緒論入門，介紹基礎法學概念外，將依序就洗錢防制法、存款保險條例、金融控股公司法、銀行法及金融消費者保護法等，實施教學與討論活動，並將結合時事及相關案例，協助同學對金融法規建立廣泛而基礎的認識。
Apart from the introduction of Law, describes the basic concepts of law, but the sequence on Money Laundering Control Act, Deposit Insurance Act, Financial Holding Company Act , the Banking Act of The Republic of China and Financial Consumer Protection Act, the implementation of teaching and discussion activities and combined with current events and related cases, to assist students in financial regulations and establish a broad-based understanding.
