三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
社工實務領域長期以來都是肯定以家庭為中心取向的重要性,然而現行的社會福利法規多以人口群或福利身分立法,導致實際的福利服務仍偏重以個別人口群為對象,在實務現實中要將以家庭為中心的概念與模式整合進實務的進程是緩慢的,第一線社工運用以家庭為中心的評估與介入時,遭遇了越來越多的困難,於是捨棄「以家庭為中心」逐漸朝向「以個人為中心」的取向,面對這樣的實務困境,政府、專家學者與實務工作者都開始警覺,並反思需要重新回歸以家庭為中心實務的必要性。因此,本課程從家庭定義、理論、政策、服務方案、評估與行動,建構家庭社會工作的概念與架構,並透過文獻閱讀、專題討論、案例研討與實作演練,以整合理論與概念,期待培養學生具備以家庭為中心的評估與介入能力,以增進家庭社會工作的專業自信。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Social work practices have long affirmed the importance of family-centered orientation. However, the current social welfare laws and regulations are mostly based on population or welfare status. As a result, actual welfare services are still focused on individual population groups. In the reality of practice, the process of integrating family-centered concepts and models into practice is slow. Front-line social workers encountered more and more difficulties when using family-centered assessment and intervention, so they abandoned the "family-centered" to the "person-centered" approach. Faced with such a practical dilemma, the government, experts, scholars, and practitioners are all becoming aware of the necessity of returning to family-centered practice. Therefore, this course constructs the concept and framework of family social work from family definition, theory, policy, service projects, evaluation and action. It also integrates theories and concepts through literature reading, topic discussions, case studies and practical exercises. It is expected to train students to have abilities of family-centered assessment and intervention to enhance professional self-confidence in family social work. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
