| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
本課程目的在提供政治系或相關背景之碩士生瞭解歐洲與歐洲聯盟，
廣泛探討歐盟體系的根本與政治體系和運作，以及歐盟核心政策，例如經濟與貨幣聯盟、共同外交與安全政策、自由與安全法治體系，並針對歐盟因應近年所遇危機，如: 金融、貨幣、難民危機與新冠肺炎疫情等進行之協調與改革等。

| This course is designed as an introduction to Europe and European Union for postgraduate students who have studied Political Science at undergraduate level. It also offers a broad survey of political system of the EU and key policies of the European Union, such as Economic and Monetary Union, Common Agricultural Policy, Common Foreign and Security Policy, space for freedom and safety etc. The themes such as how the EU dealed with crisises, such as EURO crisis, refugee crisis and COVID-19 pandemie, are important Objects in this seminar. |

本課程將先介紹研究歐盟的整合理論，之後進行三部分的導讀與討論。
一、歐盟發展:深化與擴大。
二、歐盟組織與職權運作原則。
三、歐盟的重要政策領域和相關危機與因應之道。
期末進行研究企畫書報告。 |
