| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 民主國家很重要的象徵，也是政策合法化的過程，同時也是政府機構中與人民最接近的一部份。本課程主要的目在引導研究生涉獵與瞭解國會制度和相關之國會議員行為，並藉此引導同學更進一步瞭解我國的立法院以及立法委員的行為。課程內容將包括國會制度、選區與代表性、委員會內部決策、院會投票、政黨的領導以及與外環境的關係，如總統、利益團體等。同時，透過文獻的閱讀，瞭解不同的理論途徑以及研究方法，如何幫助我們對國會及立法行為之瞭解。 |
