三、教學目標 Objectives
培養同學習民法所應具備之基本知識，並啟發同學習民法之興趣，從而訓練同學獨立思考之能力，期能在未來國家考試及職涯發展中，獲得豐碩之成績。
The purpose of this course is to enable students to develop an understanding of function and methodology of civil law, and to correctly describe the rules under the general provisions of civil code, and to master their skills to interpret and apply the civil law. The course will begin with the legal methodology of civil law, a brief review of the history of the civil law, and in-depth investigations to the source of private law. The topics covered are the subject of rights, object of rights, and the alteration of rights
