三、教學目標 Objectives
1)掌握醫療民事責任法律之梗概

2)學習醫法整合式之法學方法

3)啟發同學對醫事法學研究之熱誠
The progress of Biotechnology and Medicine casts a brightly promising feature of human life and meanwhile makes disputing issues face us. The purpose of the curriculum is to discuss in-depth via seminars on the major topics over related issues, with special emphasis on the criticism and review toward the published literatures. The students will catch up the general concept of biotechnological and health law, and will learn the methodology to approach it. Hopefully, this curriculum will inspire the enthusiasm in students toward the further research in this realm.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
開課老師具有生醫與法律之背景，故本課程擬跳脫傳統法學之束縛，以醫學與法學科際整合的觀點切入，本學期擬以醫療民事責任之爭議問題進行深度研究, 將著重於學說與實務之檢討與反省。本學期原則上由休克同學以seminar方式進行案例討論。
