| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 本課程在討論美國反托拉斯法，主要以美國聯邦最高法院案例為討論教材。藉以說明市場競爭的本質及相關法律問題，並和我國法院對於公平交易法相關問題的判決比較分析。內容分為:以水平的聯合行為限制競爭、獨占化、垂直的限制競爭行為、差別訂價及企業結合。 |
| This course focuses on U.S. antitrust law that regulates the process of business competition. US cases will be analyzed and be compared to the Taiwan court decisions. Topics include horizontal agreements in restraint of trade, monopolization, vertical exclusionary agreements, vertical distributional restraints, price discrimination, and mergers. |
