三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程討論現代運動法律與實務議題，包括運動法學的概念與發展、運動產業、運動侵權與保險、運動禁藥、運動協會等議題，使得學生對於運動法律的相關問題有基礎的認識。
This is a seminar course focusing on the introduction and discussion of the sports law. The main topics covered in this course include: the concept and development of sports law, torts, insurance and drug-using in sports fields, and sports association related issues.
