| 企業如從資本市場中融資，需提供資訊以便投資人或債權人分析判斷企業財務狀況的良窳。以資金提供者的立場，投資人或債權人須明瞭如何分析解讀這些報表的意涵，兼顧經濟金融環境的變化。 本課程旨在介紹財金會計實務觀念予同學，內容包含企業財務報告、風險管理個案、金融案件及行政裁罰之個案分析，期使同學將來能善用會計資訊以協助法令管理決策，同時，也介紹財務報表分析相關的知識與技巧以幫助同學了解權益投資人或債權人從事決策的分析。 |

| While enterprise is financing from capital market, it needs to provide information to investors or creditors for analyze and judge the financial position of the enterprise. From the perspective of funding providers, investors or creditors must know the meaning under these financial statements and consider changes in the economic and financial environment. The purpose of this course is to introduce the concept of financial accounting practice, includes case analysis of corporate financial reports, risk management, financial and administrative penalties so that students can make good use of accounting information in the future for decision-making . Meanwhile, It also introduces the knowledge and skills related to financial statements analysis to help students understand the analysis of equity investors or creditors. |
