三、教學目標 Objectives
科技與經濟的發展對刑法產生如何的典範移轉？本課程同時透過實體、程序兩面向，探索犯罪構成要件、資料保護與智慧財產權在數位化時代的交會，所產生的種種爭議，並就財經刑法相關規範的基礎概念、刑法原理原則與程序法上的證據取得與使用疑義，予以介紹。
How Paradigm shift does the development of science and technology have to the criminal law? This curriculum by the entities and procedure both sides, explores the constitution of a crime important elements, the data protection and intellectual property rights in the rendezvous of digitizing time, all sorts of disputes that produces, and divide on the foundation concept and criminal law principle of principle standard introduced.
