三、教學目標 Objectives

經由解析英美法院案例並研讀契約法專論，使學生瞭解英美契約法規範之學理及應用，並藉比較法學研究方法，探究英美契約法與我國債法中契約部分之規範，有何異同，各有何優劣之處，進而強化學生債法之基礎，並訓練法律人專業之思考、分析、比較與判斷能力，期學以致用。

This course is to use the leading Anglo-American Torts cases and various legal materials for the students to understand the contemporary law of Torts and incipient trends.
