三、教學目標 Objectives
透過報告的撰寫與課堂的討論，得以進一步對於刑事訴訟法的若干基礎爭議問題，再做深挖，並期許得以跳脫學說整理的框架，在過程中培養觀察問題與獨立思考的能力。
With the help of class report and discussion, students are expected to gain further insight of some longstanding disputes of the basic of Crime Procedure. They are also expected to think out of box, cultivate critical thinking and observe problems through the session.

1.請於本學期上課前，就大綱所提供的討論方向，自行決定「兩個」擬報告主題；報告的題目確定與順序，將於第一次上課時決定。
2.報告的同學應提前三天繳交「初稿」並上傳LINE群組予其他參與課程的同學。
3.報告字數不限，但寫作與引註均須符合（TSSCI）學術論文的要求。
4.報告「不」以使用外文文獻為必要，但對於具取得可能性的國內文獻，不得間接轉引且如係教科書，應使用最新版。
