三、教學目標 Objectives
這個課程內容是醫事刑法的爭議問題。主要在討論近年來各級法院對於刑事醫療糾紛的判決。判決內容可能值得檢討，也可能值得贊同。藉由這個課程，同學將來對於醫事刑法問題可以得到概略性的理解，有助於日後律師的執業。本課程由資深醫師葛謹一同參與，提供專業上的醫療與臨床意見。
The content of this course is a controversial issue of medical criminal law. Mainly discussing the judgments of criminal medical disputes by courts at all levels in recent years. The content of the judgment may be worth reviewing, or it may be worthy of approval. Through this course, students can get a general understanding of medical criminal law issues in the future, which will help lawyers in the future practice. This course is attended by senior physician Ge Jin to provide professional medical and clinical advice.

●整體敘述 Overall Description
第一堂課，將提供十餘則法院判決，說明醫療上的背景與判決的大略內容，指明問題的可能爭點。隨後的課堂，同學選擇有興趣的判決做報告，對於判決加以評論或加以回應。其他同學一起參與討論。
