三、教學目標 Objectives
這是連續性課程，延續上學期的授課內容。刑法總則的課程，目標在使上課同學理解刑法的基本原理原則。為刑法分則以及刑事程序法的課程，預為打下基礎。
This is a continuous course, continuing the teaching content of the previous semester. The course of the General Principles of Criminal Law aims to enable students in class to understand the basic principles and principles of criminal law. To lay the foundation for the criminal law sub-rules and the courses of criminal procedure law.
