三、教學目標 Objectives
藉由行政法個別課題之講授，加強同學行政法之能力。
1.Lead students to understand the basic principle knowledge of administrative litigation law.
2.Lead students to have the ability to resolve the legal issues of administrative litigation law.

本課程將討論在行政法課程當中沒有時間討論的問題
尤其著重近年的修法，如憲法訴訟法與行政程序法的討論
