三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程主要的內容是討論1980年以後所發展的策略性貿易，特別著重不完全競爭市場的分析以及跨國廠商對外投資的理論分析。討論的主題包含產業內貿易、市場結構對貿易的影響、貿易政策（關稅、配額、補貼、關稅化、傾銷等）中間財貿易、民營化政策對貿易的影響、市場不確定性對貿易的影響、對外直接投資與區域整合等議題。
This course is intended to familiarize students with the recent literature on the strategic trade policy under imperfect competition and foreign direct investment (FDI). Several topics that will be discussed include the causes of international trade in imperfectly competitive markets, intra-industry trade, FDI, Dumping and Anti-dumping, the welfare effects of trade liberalization, the effects of economic integration, and strategic trade policy under uncertainty, etc..
