三、教學目標 Objectives
分析與國際企業相關的法律問題，學習尋求解決問題的方式及相關法律知識，以幫助學生了解及評估國際企業經營的法律風險。
The aim of this course is to develop the capacities of students, including the abilities of analyzing international trade issues, learning to find ways to solve the problem. Through the discussion in the related topics, students can learn the related knowledge to help them understand and assess the legal risks of international enterprises.
