三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程有下列三個主要目標:
1.幫助學生了解人力資源管理的相關議題。
2.讓學生了解台灣人力資源管理實務相關議題並討論其解決方案。
3.根據人力資源管理所學理論在課堂中報告並討論相關議題。
This course aims at the following three goals:
1.To help students understand the topics related to HRM in the global perspective;
2.To help students identify current Taiwan HRM relevant issues and provide solutions;
3.To help students find the solutions and discuss the current HRM issues based on HRM theories and knowledge, and be able to present and communicate their thoughts in English.
四、課程內容 Course Description
整體敘述 Overall Description
This course will focus on selected critical topics in human resources management (HRM) from the global perspective. It emphasizes external and internal environments, acquiring and developing human resources, work and job design, performance management, global implications for HR leaders, evaluating, and compensating human resources. Upon completing this course, students will be able to understand topics related to HRM from both the global and local perspective, identify current Taiwan HRM relevant issues and provide solutions, present the identified issue and solution in the class based on HRM theories and knowledge, and further apply them in organizations.
