三、教學目標 Objectives
因為網際網路與雲端運算的技術快速發展,以及Web/雲端應用的普及化,使得網路管理與安全較以往更加的重要。本課程主要的目的是瞭解網路管理與安全技術,以及其相關的實務應用,並熟悉結合人工智慧之網路管理與安全的實質功能。因此,本課程內容包含三大部分;一、通信網路,網路管理,以及網際網路安全的基本概念;二、探討進階網路管理與安全技術之相關的議題:網路路由與績效設計,交換數據網路之阻塞控制,整合式網路管理之策略與技術,安全的網際網路架構,以及資訊安全監控中心(SOC)等議題;三、物聯網(IoT)基本介紹。此外,亦選擇有關網路管理期刊的論文(International Journal of Network Management)或網路管理系統實例個案指定予同學研讀並於課堂上簡報和討論。總之,本課程使同學對有關網路管理與安全之技術、架構、通訊協定以及其實務應用,可進一步地獲得較深入的觀念和全面性瞭解。
Since fast development of Internet/Cloud Computing technologies, and also popular use of Web and Cloud applications, the Network Management (NM) and Security issues are much more critical than before. The goals of this course are to understand the networking management and security technologies with AI (Artificial Intelligence) and their practical applications. Hence, this course includes three main parts. Part I: Fundamentals of Networking, Network Management and Security; Part II: Advanced Networks Management and Security Issues; Part III: IoT Concepts. In addition, we select some key papers in NM Journal (International Journal of Network Management) or Practical Cases in related NM systems for on-class presentation and discussion. Moreover, this course can make the class students further obtain deeper ideas and catch full understandings in technologies, architectures, protocols and applications of network management and security.
