三、教學目標 Objectives
本科目主要介紹一些專案管理的進階觀念及技術。這些重要技術包括排程與資源分配理論、控制過程、及風險管理等等。我們將討論這些觀念與專案成員之間的複雜關係。也將介紹一些重要的證照，例如PMP。將選讀一些先進的論文，讓學生瞭解專案管理一些新的趨勢。
The main goals of this course are to introduce some advanced concepts and technologies of the Project Management. The course emphasizes some areas, such as the theory of scheduling and allocation, the control process of Project Management, and the measurement of risk analysis. The complex relationships between these concepts and team members are also explained. Some important certifications, e.g., PMP, could be introduced to students. Some selected advanced paper will be assigned to students for introducing the new trends of Project Management.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description The conents include the life cycle of project, planning and control of a project, and human managemnt in a project. Some topics are emphasized e.g., how to complete a project on the budget, how to make a successful project manager. Some theories and algoritms of scheduling are explained in depth for students to appreciate the theorectical aspects of project managemnt. The examination of Project Management Professional (PMP) would be introduced for students in order to get the certification of PMP.
