三、教學目標 Objectives
本科目旨在使有心從事研究工作或進修的碩士班學生及早嘗試和熟悉研究工作之推展，包 括資料蒐集、實驗設計、邏輯思考、推理、儀器分析、撰寫研究報告及發表等。主要是訓練學 生藉由研究工作學習遇到問題時能發現問題並及時解決問題的能力，同時也加強學生之閱讀能 力、收集及整理期刊資料的能力、操作儀器及分析數據的能力、撰寫論文與口頭表達之能力， 同時經由師生的討論，強化學生的思考能力及應變能力，進而達到學以致用的教學目標。
This course aims to make the students who determined to engage in research work or further education master degree as soon as possible to try and take forward the familiar work of research, data collection, experimental design, logical thinking, reasoning, instrumental analysis, writing research reports and published and so on. The main trainings on students are problems finding, timely problem-solving skills, papers reading, collect and organize journals, equipment operating, data analysis, thesis writing and oral expression. Discussions between teachers and students can strengthen students' thinking ability and strain capacity, thus achieving the goal of this course.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 碩士班學生進入實驗室後，即指定與本人研究領域相關之研究題目進行專題研究課程，首 先針對研究生實施個人基本訓練，包括相關期刊資料收集、基礎實驗技術與儀器操作等訓練， 同時於每週進行討論會報，除報告實驗進度與期刊內容外，並針對實驗所遇到的困難與解決方 法進行討論，並於學期結束後進行專題研究口頭報告，同時繳交專題研究書面報告。
