三、教學目標 Objectives
本科目介紹典型的有機反應,包括有機合成及反應機構.上學期
介紹化學基本的理論及反應機構¸這些知識有助於對有機反應的發生的
原因及內在意義的了解.下學期則介紹幾種典型的反應及合成試劑與策
略.其他如藥物活性分子或有機特用分子等之合成亦會舉例說明.
本科目可以訓練學生解決問題以及邏輯思考的能力,從解讀現有
的有機反應到有能力設計藥物分子或有機特用分子的合成策略的實際層
面上.
