三、教學目標 Objectives
希望與同學共同透過對投資方、被投資方、其他第三方等進行不同面向的觀察，更了解股權投資(VC / PE)行業的基本架構與現況，以及各方經由併購作為投資退出或企業擴展的理論和實際情形。
Explore different perspectives of the investors, the entrepreneurs and other related parties to have a better understanding of the venture capital/private equity industry and the merger and acquisition activities.
