三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程分二部分；第一部分為介紹當代會計理論對會計準則制訂以及會計準則對資本市場與財報品質之影響；第二部分則介紹目前台灣資本市場新導入之企業社會責任報告與新式查核報告書。
There are two major topics in this course. The first part of this course is to introduce the contemporary financial accounting theory in regard to the different mandatory financial reporting system, and the impact of the capital market and earning quality under different financial reporting systems. The second part of this course focuses on the CSR reporting requirement and the new audit report in Taiwan. The specific course objectives are: (1) to develop the skills to read and critique accounting research; (2) to apply these skills to different financial reporting system; and (3) to understand the concurrent corporate social reporting obligation and practices.
